About this Program
We all have stories of grief, loss, and transition that have shaped who we are - perhaps a significant experience such retirement or changing jobs, moving to a new place, ending a relationship, or losing a loved one. As people of deep spirit, we pray for grace and compassion to transform our challenging moments into opportunities for wholeness.
Join us for a morning of conversation and reflection on personal stories of grief, loss, and transition that have turned into hope and transformation. Dr. Steven Reed, clinical psychologist and seasoned spiritual director of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, will guide us through aspects of Ignatian spirituality and contemporary psychology touching on these universal experiences. We will come together to learn from one another, to hear stories by guest panelists who will share their reflections on the impact of Ignatian spirituality on their own process, and share in conversation with others in the spirit of compassion. We welcome you for a morning dedicated to honoring the sacred stories that shape us the most.
This program is open to all who seek a space for reflection, prayer, and learning. No experience with Ignatian spirituality is necessary.
