Join us as we begin this Lenten journey of repentance and renewal, forgiveness and mercy. We will gather for a social time before our morning prayer, song, silent reflection, and small group conversations. Lunch will be served at the close of the retreat. All are welcome.

about the presenters
Sharon Spence-Wilcox is a cradle Catholic who was born and raised in Jamaica and has been a resident of Seattle for nearly 30 years. She embraces her strong relationships with family, lifelong learning as a community college faculty librarian, and the joy of serving as a flawed yet faith-filled lay minister at St. Therese Parish. Sharon is also a member of the Companions of Color cohort, which is a group of BIPOC leaders being formed in Ignatian spirituality and spiritual companionship.
Mercy Lazo is an Ilokana mom who moved to this country about 30 years ago. At present, she is a healthcare worker in supportive housing. She considers St. Therese Church her spiritual home.
